Its GUI and looking are similar to Google Calendar(http://calendar.google.com).

You can use it as offline Google Calendar
because it can sync data wth Google Calendar and
you can still use it without internet connection.

Something better:
1.Print Month-View with wrap text.
2.Sort by date,title,place,memo for result of search .(Google only sort by date)

It can sync data with Google Calendar.

Its greenware and the zipped file only 2MB .
It need fewer RAM: about 6MB .
